A Company Overview

Joanna's Jems has been up and running now for 5 years. Selling high quality beads and jewellery findings along with handmade unique and original jewellery.

Well we have handmade it all ourselves that's how! Using quality beads & findings.

Orders / Commisions

If you require a bracelet or necklace to be a different size to the one specified please just let us know upon placing your order. We will be happy to make any item to the size you require usually at no extra cost.
Also if you see a design in our shop that you like but don't see it in a particular gemstone please just drop us an email and we can usually make any of the designs using the gemstone/s  of your choice!
 

Materials Used
All findings used on Gemstone & Bead Jewellery are Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated.
 

Payment
Payment could not be easier  At no time see your card details as this is all done through the payment provider. Paypal is a 100% secure site and used by millions worldwide.

Alternatively you may of course pay by cheque or postal order. Please email your order to us using the form provided HERE  and we will let you know the total invoice amount incl. P&P, And where to send payment to.
 

Shipping & Handling
It is our aim to deliver orders with 2-3 working days of receipt, depending on the time of year, during quieter periods your order will be despatched quicker than for example leading up to Christmas.
P&P Is Free Worldwide for all orders over £10. For orders under £10 Shipping is Set @ £1.50

Returns
In the unlikely event that you need to return your item/s, you may do so within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  Returning items after 14 days will be at the discretion of the company.
